With less than a month to go until the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards, ITV News Anglia is revealing your finalists for the Local Hero Award.
This week we'll be showing you the remarkable stories of the four nominees.

Our fourth finalist is Karen Stock from Shoeburyness in Essex.
After starting the extended schools team at a local high school eight years ago, she now runs a jobs club, a debating group and helps the local food bank.
