Out-of-favour Norwich City midfielder David Fox has joined Championship side Barnsley on a 93-day emergency loan deal.
Despite signing a new two-year contract with the Canaries last summer, the 29-year-old has found first team opportunities increasingly hard to come by under the management of Chris Hughton.
However, Fox will now be hopeful of getting minutes under his belt at Oakwell, with David Flitcroft's outfit currently sitting in 23rd place in the Championship.
Fox is in line to make his debut for the Tykes in their fixture with Leicester City on Saturday.
