Stuart Leithes has sent this report on the fire which damaged one of Cambridge's historic hotels this morning. Almost 150 people had to escape from The University Arms hotel which dates back to the 1830s. At the height of the blaze around 60 firefighters were on the scene.
Sam Baker suffers from an eye condition meaning he needs to use a cane. The 11-year old says not all cane users are completely blind.
Remaining showers will clear through this evening, then largely clear at first tonight.
