Northampton Town have signed young Brentford striker Luke Norris on a month's loan.
20-year-old Norris joined the Bees from Hitchin Town in 2010 and has been allowed to move to Sixfields on a temporary basis in order to gain first-team experience.
Speaking to the club's offical website, Cobblers manager Aidy Boothroyd said that Norris had been on Northampton's radar for some time:
"Luke is a centre forward who is strong and quick and we have watched him for a while.
"He is one of those players on our under 21 list who we have done our homework on.
"With our injuries at the moment we need to add up front and I am sure he can come in and do a good job for us."
