A man's been charged with a bomb hoax offence following an incident at a leisure centre in Sudbury on Friday night.
James Hasler, 33, from Woodhall Road in Sudbury, is accused of making threats to a member of staff and then throwing a small ignited item into a room in the leisure centre.
The item was extinguished immediately and no damage was caused or injuries sustained by anyone.
Mr Hasler has been charged with a bomb hoax offence and drugs offences.
As part of their enquiries police cordoned off an address in Woodhall Road. This cordon has now been lifted.
