A post mortem examination on a body found in a Suffolk garden is due to take place this afternoon.
Officers remain at the home of Miller Redpath, in Wenhaston, near Halesworth, who went missing in August.
Police discovered a body in the overgrown garden of the property at about 1.10pm yesterday.
Today they confirmed they were trying to establish if it was that Mr Redpath.
The death is being treated as unexplained.
