Controversial plans to build an incinerator on the outskirts of King's Lynn have moved a step closer, after Norfolk County Councillors narrowly voted in favour of the project.
The incinerator's been the subject of heated debate for years, with either side claiming huge financial implications, whether it's built or not. But as Jim Rice reports, today's 'yes' vote is far from the end of the story.
