Norwich City and Cardiff City have both been charged by the Football Association for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the closing stages of last weekend's draw at Carrow Road.
Several players from both sides were involved in a scuffle in the 94th minute of the fixture.
It followed a controversial incident in which Canaries midfielder Leroy Fer passed the ball into Cardiff's net after the Bluebirds had put the ball into touch to allow Alex Tettey to receive treatment.
Both clubs have until 6pm on 4 November to respond to the charge.
