How much does it cost you, to pick up the phone and make a doctor's appointment?
An ITV News Anglia investigation's found thousands of patients are still contacting their GP surgeries on 084 numbers, which can cost far more than a local or national rate number.
They can cost up to 13 pence a minute to call from a landline, sometimes with an additional connection charge of up to 16p. From mobiles, they can cost as much as 41 pence a minute.
The government first raised concerns more than three years ago, and today, NHS England is writing to GP surgeries, warning them they'll be in breach of their contracts if they don't take reasonable steps to switch to a local rate number. Lauren Hall reports
