Colchester General Hospital has announced new measures to improve the quality of care for its patients following claims of a cancer care cover-up earlier this week.
On Tuesday it emerged that the hospital trust had been reported to Essex Police following a damning report from the Care Quality Commission.
Staff at the hospital told inspectors they were "pressured or bullied" to change data to make it seem like people were being treated in line with national guidelines.
