Council's novel way of tackling litter problem

Litter picking is being stopped on one half of a street in Northamptonshire this weekend - to show how much rubbish accumulates when nothing's done to tidy it up.

The council in Wellingborough spends more than £100,000 a year on litter picking, now It wants to encourage people to put more of it in bins.
