Town hall bosses have been branded "petty" for ordering a couple to rip up flowers outside their home.

Northamptonshire County Council have told William and Mary Geidt that they're obscuring visibility for road users in their cul de sac in Great Cransley near Kettering.

But the couple argue their own safety - and that of their property - is being ignored. Nick Quraishi reports.
