Two men in their 20s who were killed in a car crash near Hitchin, have been named locally as Sean James Doherty and John-James Mcerlean.
The pair were in a blue BMW travelling north on Arlesey Road in Ickleford, in the early hours of Sunday morning, when it came off the carriageway and hit a tree. The men, both 27, died at the scene.
