Norwich City manager Chris Hughton says that he is "delighted" to have extended Sebastien Bassong's contract with the club.
The City skipper has penned a new two-and-a-half year deal at Carrow Road.
Hughton told the club's official website that Bassong's new contract is good news for all concerned:
"We’re delighted that we’ve had the opportunity to extend Seb’s contract – somebody who has been an integral part of everything we’ve done so far and of course our player of the season last year.”
