Detectives investigating the murder of a Northamptonshire businessman say their appeal a year on from the crime has been a success.

David Ross who was known as "Les" was found dead in the Village Inn Express in the Jamb in Corby in December last year.

Yesterday, police broadcast CCTV footage in the town of the night of the murder and spoke to around a hundred people.

They are now following up leads for potential new witnesses who were identified from the footage.
