There are more than 6,000 homes still without power in the East of England following the storm in the early hours of Christmas Eve.
Earlier there were power cuts in 11,000 homes in the region but UK Power Networks say they're working hard to restore electricity in time for Christmas.
Homes without power in the Anglia region at 11am on Christmas Eve:
- 273 in Bedfordshire
- 468 in Buckinghamshire
- 140 in Cambridgeshire
- 1,948 in Essex
- 902 in Hertfordshire
- 2,100 in Norfolk
- 425 in Suffolk
Wherever possible, UK Power Networks is planning to buy Christmas dinners for households if they are still without supply on Christmas Day. It is appealing for any restaurants or pubs in the East of England and who have spare tables on Christmas Day, to email SDCSupportContact@ukpowernetworks.co.uk.
