All but one member of Clacton's pantomime cast are trapped in a holiday park this morning by a fallen tree.
Peter Pan, at the Princes Theatre, is due to have two packed-out audiences today at 11.30am and 1.30pm.
But last night's storms mean they are unable to leave a site at St Osyth where they stayed overnight. A fallen tree has blocked the road.
Only television presenter Jeff Brazier, who plays Peter Pan in the show, is unaffected.
A team from Tendring District Council has been sent to clear the road.
They hope to free the cast in time for today's performances.
We have two virtually full houses who would be disappointed if they didn’t get in today and Peter Pan would have had to cope on his own!
The show must go on despite the weather for a panto cast in Clacton who were trapped on a road blocked by a tree.
