Peterborough United defender Gabriel Zakuani has ended a five-and-a-half-year association with the club by signing for Greek outfit Kalloni FC.
The 27-year-old has penned a six-month contract in Greece after being granted a free transfer at Posh.
The Congolese centre-back made over 200 appearances at London Road, but now feels that the time is right to make a new start.
"I would like to thank Peterborough United for the last five and a half years," he told the club's official website.
"It has always been Posh first and everything else second - including my health.
"It is a fresh challenge for me to play in the Greek Super League and one I am looking forward to."
