Ipswich Town youngsters Elliott Hewitt and Jack Marriott have both signed loan deals with League One strugglers Gillingham.
Wales Under-21 international Hewitt returns to the Priestfield for the second time this season, after injury cut short an earlier temporary spell with the Gills.
The 19-year-old has agreed a deal that will see him stay in Kent until 30 January, but Town have insisted on a 24 hour recall option.
Meanwhile, striker Marriott has joined Gillingham until the end of the season.
The academy product has recently returned from a prolific loan spell at Woking, and agreed a new contract at Portman Road last month.
