Lessons have been learnt in Lowestoft deaths

A serious case review into the deaths of Fiona Anderson and her three children in Lowestoft last year has found the tragedy could not have been predicted.

Suffolk Local Safeguarding Children Board, says changes have been made to procedures since the deaths in April 2013.
