RSPCA workers looking after a puppy who was abandoned in a hedge in west Norfolk have described him as a "cheeky puppy who loves to play".
Snoopi was discovered on Monday in a cage hidden in a bush at Downham Market.
He had been dumped with a note asking someone to look after him.
The RSPCA believes he may have been a Christmas present.
