A teenager who robbed a schoolboy just minutes after attacking another man in Norwich has been sentenced.
Connor Folkard-Moore, of Ruskin Road, appeared at the city’s crown court on Thursday (6 February) after pleading guilty to robbery and assault with intent to commit robbery.
The charges related to incidents which happened on Friday 6 December, the first taking place in Rouen Road near the junction with Thorn Lane at about 5.55am.
The victim, a 27-year-old man, was assaulted while attempts were made to steal his belongings although nothing was taken.
The second incident happened on Horns Lane at about 6am when a 16-year-old boy was punched and robbed of his rucksack.
Folkard-Moore was arrested on 22 December and later charged. He was sentenced to four years in a young offenders’ institution and ordered to pay £120 in costs.
