This afternoon's steady rain has cleared to large clumps of heavy showers which will continue to stream across the Anglia region during the rest of tonight and into tomorrow. Although the rain will be on and off during the next 24 hours, these downpours could result in more rain than we saw today.
Wind and rain warnings remain throughout the region with the continued risk of localised flooding and gusts in excess of 60 miles per hour. The strongest winds will be during the early hours of Saturday near the east coast. An amber warning has been issued for parts of Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
