Man died on cruise ship 'in need of repair', says passenger

A couple from Norfolk on board a cruise ship when a freak wave struck killing a pensioner, say they believe the ship was already in need of repair.

Moss Taylor and his partner Robina were on board the Marco Polo when they saw 85-year-old James Swinstead from Eight Ash Green near Colchester hit by a glass window.

The couple also paid tribute to staff on the ship who tried to help passengers when the wave struck.
