Peterborough United's captain Tommy Rowe said booking a place in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final at Wembley will give the team a boost in the league.
Rowe said: "Just to get to Wembley is going to give us a lift.
"This game alone will give a good kick into the league and every player is going to go into the next game with confidence again, and it's a good thing for the team, for the club.
"Players going into the next game will surely relish it now."
