University of Bedfordshire gets funding from FIFA

The University of Bedfordshire has been given £12,000 in funding from FIFA to look into the impact of heat and altitude on footballers.

The University will report back to FIFA in May on its findings, which could help players prepare for matches in Brazil and Quatar.
