The clear-up begins today (Monday 17 March) of the remains of two houses destroyed in a gas explosion in Clacton-on-Sea in Essex.
Several people were injured in the blast in Cloes Lane last month. One remaining wall from the two homes will be knocked down, and debris at the site will be cleared.
Any possessions found by the building contractors will be returned to the families who lived there
