A new television station in Norwich has taken to the air for the first time. It's been launched as part of a government drive to deliver more local programmes.
Mustard TV is the second local station to launch out of 19 planned across the UK but it is the first one created entirely from scratch following the allocation of licences by Ofcom.
The channel is available for the first time on Freeview after operating online for more than a year.
The commercial channel is part of the Archant media group which publishes the Eastern Daily Press.
