A mother from Bradwell in Essex says she's been left heartbroken after a puppy her son was given to help with his autism has gone missing.
Rex, a six-month-old American bulldog, hasn't been seen since last Wednesday.
Rex is a registered autism support dog for Mari's five-year-old son Tim.
"From the minute that he saw him his eyes just welled with tears and he was smiling and he said "Mummy, look this is Rex." He named him within two minutes," Mum Mari Wood told ITV News Anglia.
"That's the hardest bit, knowing that I don't know where he is and I don't know when he is going to come back."
