A couple from Northampton due to have been extradited to America have been taken to hospital.
Paul and Sandra Dunham were due to have presented themselves to a police station in London to be flown to the US.
Shortly after the police arrived at the house two ambulances were called.
The Dunhams lost a High Court battle to block their extradition to face charges of fraud and money laundering.
They've always protested their innocence and deny the allegations against them.
