Cambridgeshire Police are searching a number of properties in March and Wisbech after two men were arrested on suspicion of murdering the 86-year-old.
The arrests come a month after the investigation was re-launched with a fresh team of detectives from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit. The renewed appeal led to several people coming forward with information.
"We have really been encouraged by the response from the public so far.
"We believe there are people out there with information who we haven't spoken to and I would urge them to call police."
