An emotional plea from a mother after the deaths of her two young daughters in a car crash.
10-year-old Tamzin Portor and her seven-year-old sister Jessica were killed when the Ford Focus their stepmother was driving overturned as it left the A47 near Walsoken near Wisbech.
Today the inquests revealed the tyres were defective and Jessica was not wearing a seat belt. Their mother said it was a driver's responsibility to check these things.
