Thousands of people from across the ITV Anglia region have been enjoying the music at this year's V Festival in Chelmsford. Scientists from the Government's Centre for Applied Science and Technology have been examining samples of so-called legal highs at the Festival. It comes as 16 people have been thrown out of the event and arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled drug. Serena Sandhu reports
