A man has been jailed for seven years after he was convicted for grievous bodily harm at Aylesbury Crown Court.

Anthony William Peach, aged 23, of Engaine Drive, Milton Keynes, was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm on 13 July 2013.

It follows an incident at Roman’s Park Residents’ Club where he hit a man over the head with a glass. The man was taken to hospital for treatment.

“‘The conviction and sentence reflects the time and effort put into this investigation, as well as serving notice on those who commit acts of wanton violence in Milton Keynes.

“The Investigations team are grateful to the management of Romans Park Residents’ Club for the ongoing support throughout the investigation, and once again CCTV has proved its worth as an investigative tool”
