Peterborough United have signed on-loan Middlesbrough defender Christian Burgess for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old only joined Posh in a temporary switch last earlier this week, but the move has now been made permanent.
Burgess has agreed a four-year contract at London Road, and made his debut in Tuesday's 2-1 defeat to Sheffield United.
"I am pleased to sign Christian. It is a good piece of business from the football club. He is player that has been on the radar for a little while and he will bring competition to the centre back positions."
