Norfolk County Council has been warned it could face a further £17.5m funding gap next year.

The authority has already seen its government funding reduced by more than £85m over the past four years and had been planning for a £3.8m shortfall.

But now a report by the council's policy and resources committee says that has grown by nearly £14m.

It suggests councillors consider raising council tax for the first time in five years.
