Family's hopes for change after man dies from hernia complications

The family of a man from Lakenheath in Suffolk who died after a catalogue of errors in the lead up to his death, say they hope lessons will be learned.

39 year old Martin Denyer, who had learning difficulties, died from complications with a hernia. After the inquest into his death today his family said he was vulnerable and when he needed help he was let down.
