Olympian Colin Jackson was in Norwich on Sunday to see the fun run he created get underway.
The 'Go Dad Run' event is a male only 5K race that raises money for male cancer charities.
The triple World Champion was on hand to start the race and to hand out medals to the winners. He started 'Go Dad Run' in 2013 when two of his uncles developed prostate cancer.
Runners wear big blue briefs and this is the first year the race has been run in East Anglia.
One in eight men in the UK will get prostate cancer.
