Olaf Jones, who lives in East Tuddenham near Dereham in Norfolk, was a Sergeant in the RAF for 20 years.

But after he lost his arm in a motorbike accident and heard talk of a new games for wounded soldiers, he was determined to become active again.

Well that's exactly what he did.

Olaf has just represented the UK at the Invictus Games 2017, and didn't come home empty handed.

His ambition is to reach the Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.
