Running not only keeps you fit, it also makes you happy

A survey by England Athletics has found that most people who regularly go for a run find themselves happier and calmer.

In a survey of 13,000 runners, 74% of runners have experienced an increase in their mental health and wellbeing from running.

89% of runners had increased happiness.
