BA: the chaos

Both sides in the increasingly bitter BA dispute are claiming the advantage after the start of a three day walkout by cabin crew.

British Airways says it has made a good start and will reinstate flights after more staff than expected turned up for work.

But union leaders say 80 percent of its members are supporting the strike and that planes are stacking up at key airports. So what's the truth for passengers trying to get away today?
