Duncan McCready from D and M leisure parks held the protest. He says he hopes the government will reconsider especially given the closeness of the vote in the House of Commons this week. The proposals to add VAT to static holiday homes went through parliament by just 25 votes. Mr McCready says the changes will affect more than just caravan businesses.
