Four hundred pipes and drums have marched down the Royal Mile in Edinburgh to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
The procession was led by Lothian and Borders police pipe band which featured the Scout Fellowship band from Hawick.
The Queen has been in Scotland all week. Today she attended a ceremony at St Giles' cathedral where Prince William became a 'Knight of the Thistle'.
We spoke to the band's Pipe Major and some of the players about how exciting it is for the band.
