Cumbrian Stuart Lancaster is refusing to take the challenge of Italy lightly despite growing talk of his England team going unbeaten throughout the 2013 Six Nations.

The Culgaith born coach has made five changes to the side that beat France 23-13 a fortnight ago.

Forwards Tom Youngs, Mako Vunipola and James Haskell and half-backs Toby Flood and Danny Care have been drafted in to the starting fifteen to play an Italy side who welcome back captain Sergio Parisse from suspension.

If England win this afternoon only Wales stand between them and a clean sweep of the northern hemisphere's major rugby powers.
