Work by the man known as 'the world's smallest engraver' has gone on display at an art gallery in Kelso.
Graham Short engraves sayings and proverbs on tiny objects, including needles, pins and razor blades.
This is the first time the 66-year-old's work has been showcased in Scotland.
The centrepiece of the exhibition is 'The Golden Prayer', a pin with the words of The Lords Prayer engraved on it, which can only be seen with a powerful microscope. The piece is currently worth £1 million.
