Cockermouth Swimming Club are back in training after their unprecedented success at this years National Age Group and Youth Championships.
It's considered the pinnacle of youth swimming in the UK and the Cumbria Team put in a star performance.
"In the one week we were at the national championships we broke 19 Cumbria records, 8 of them were senior records," said head coach Seam Balmer. "None of the swimmers involved were about of the age of 16. On top of that one of the swims was actually a British age group record as well so fastest swimmer ever for that age in the country."
The swimming club finished 13th over all in the country, coming ahead of many big cities and council schemes.
It's a huge achievement for a club of this size, with many on the team setting personal best times to make it through to the finals. It all made Sean very proud.
"We've got a lot of passion, we're very close, the parents, the coaches and the swimmers. We all work together and to be honest it's really just a single minded commitment to do well."
And their ambition doesn't stop here. The club have plans to go all the way. Sean wants to see one of their team to make it to the Rio Olympic on three years time.
Till then the training goes on. And if they keep performing at this level they may well achieve their dream.
