Briefly frosty this evening, especially across the eastern Borders, before wet and windy weather extends from the west from late evening. Strong, gusty southerly winds developing along the Solway coast. Minimum Temperature 1 °C.

Monday:

Cloud and outbreaks of rain will slowly clear eastwards during the morning to leave a drier afternoon with brighter intervals, especially for Dumfries and Galloway. Feeling milder. Maximum Temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Cold and windy on Tuesday with blustery showers.

Windy with outbreaks of rain extending southeast on Wednesday followed by a risk of gales on Wednesday night.
