Looking ahead Photo: Alan Harrison

Mist and fog in the east, Saharan dust, air pollution - there is a lot to deal with at the moment.

But how long will it last?

Tonight:

A mainly dry start then outbreaks of rain moving north.

A few heavier bursts especially in the Southwest. Misty over higher ground and coasts in east.

Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Tomorrow:

A good deal of cloud with some showery rain at times, some heavy.

Some drier spells too with the best chance of brightness over the west.

Maximum temperature 12 °C.
