The Queen's Baton D&G relay route

After its tour of 69 Commonwealth countries around the world the Queen's Baton will soon be arriving in Scotland.

The relay will arrive in Dumfries and Galloway on Thursday 19 June 2014.

Approximate times for the Queen's Baton Relay in Dumfries and Galloway are:

  • Langholm 7:45 am - 8:35am
  • Gretna 9:05am - 9:50am
  • Eastriggs 10am - 10:30am
  • Dumfries 11:25am - 12:30pm
  • Castle Douglas 1pm - 2:35pm
  • Kirkcudbright 2:50pm - 3:45pm
  • Newton Stewart 4:20pm - 4:40pm
  • Stranraer 5:30pm - 6:45pm

The Queen's Baton will end its Dumfries and Galloway journey at Agnew Park in Stranraer where there will be an End of Day Celebration between 6:45pm and 10:00pm.
