A Cumbrian couple have found themselves caught up in Hurricane Irma during a holiday in Florida.
Ellis Hodgson, 20-years old, and Glen Moulton, 25-years-old, from the Penrith area, travelled to Orlando on Friday 1 September.
They are said to have been informed about Hurricane Irma around four or five days ago.
Since then all major attractions and airports have been closed and are expected to reopen on Tuesday 12 September.
The couple are staying at Rosen Inn International hotel, Orlando.
Rosen Inn International have advised guests they are preparing for severe weather.
It has advised guests to take shelter in the bathroom if the hurricane hits:
The pair had a number of activities planned and pre-paid for during their stay.
These included trips to Bush Gardens, Sea World, and Universal Studios.
Before warning of a hurricane came, Ellis and Glen visited Harry Potter World.
They also spent one day of their two weeks pre-paid pass in Disney Land.
